Small Dogs Only is a dog walking, dog sitting service for small dogs in Trowbridge, Southwick, Bradford on Avon and the surrounding areas.
What is a 'small dog'? Any dog up to Cocker Spaniel/Whippet size will be considered as long as they are friendly to people and other dogs.
DAYCARE & BOARDING:
Kennels can be lonely places and very stressful for your dog. At Small Dogs Only your dog will be cared for in a warm and friendly home environment with the freedom to roam the house and garden as they so wish. Plus, every day, your dog will have an early morning walk of at least one hour at Southwick Country Park and a shorter walk later in the afternoon.
Before leaving your dog for daycare or boarding I would suggest you call to arrange an initial 'getting to know you' visit. We can then go to a short half day stay before proceeding to longer stays (I would suggest all dogs board for just one or two nights before being left for a week or more). During boarding you will need to provide your dog's lead, bed and food as well as any regular medication.
Please note all dogs must be fully vaccinated and dogs that are boarding must be spayed/neutered.
Daycare works on the same principles as boarding but as your dog will only be here from early morning to teatime there is no need to bring a bed (there are plenty of cosy dog beds, blankets and sofas that your dog can snuggle down on).
WALKS:
I also provide a walking service where your dog can be walked in a group with other small dogs or on their own. I will collect your dog and return them home safely after their walk.
HOME VISITING:
The home visiting service is useful for puppies that have yet to be vaccinated or older dogs that need food, company, medications and a toilet break.
